Cox Communications has launched 13 international digital channels and also a low-rate calling plan for Northern Virginia subscribers, which will include an hour monthly to many South Asian Countries like China, Japan, the Philippines and also to Europe. Cox has launched this service on Aug. 29 and now has 34 international channels offered in the new digital international programming package. Cox International 60 calling plan will include 60 free minutes every month and customers could call Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, the Philippines and Europe.
