Cox Communications has announced that it will launch Fox Business Network in high-definition on New Year day. The Business channel will be available to digital cable sports and information package subscribers of Cox from January 1.
Fox has launched the Business Network in October last year is now available to 45 million subscribers in US. The network provides financial news and competes with Bloomberg News and CNBC. After reaching the agreement with Cox to broadcast the channel in HD, Fox Business Network feels that they can broaden the distribution to key markets across the country.
