Dish Network has announced that it has added Crime & Investigation Network in high-definition. The problem with the satcaster is that they have replaced this channel with Smithsonian Channel HD. When contacted, Dish Network officials has not responded and its learnt that the satcaster will be able to launch any new HD channels only after six months or later. Crime & Investigation HD offers a diverse mix of crime-related documentaries and fiction shows such as Crossing Jordan and Twin Peaks.
