Gameday Baseball Facility To Host Inaugural National Youth Baseball Championships

Inaugural National Youth Baseball Championships to be played on Thursday, August 21 through Sunday, 24 premiering 16 teams from nine states in Gameday Baseball’s First Tennessee Fields in Memphis, Tennessee. Major Youth Baseball Alliance (MYBA) organizes National Youth Baseball Championships and MYBA is formed by eight major youth organizations like American Amateur Baseball Congress (AABC), Amateur Athletic Union of the United States (AAU), National Amateur Baseball Federation (NABF), Babe Ruth Baseball, Dixie Youth Baseball, United States Specialty Sports Association (USSA), PONY Baseball and Super Series Baseball of America.

Major League Baseball’s MLB.com will broadcast live video of these games on MLB TV and will broadcast on Saturday and Sunday the semi-final and championship rounds.

Eddie Einhorn, Vice Chairman of the Chicago White Sox and founder of the MYBA said “I am thrilled that MLB.com has stepped up to provide national exposure for these long-established youth baseball organizations that will be competing in the National Youth Baseball Championships, All of the teams coming to Memphis are already champions of their own organizations and it will be exciting to see them compete for a national championship.”
