Insight Communications To Launch 56 HD Channels in Lexington, Kentucky

Insight Communications will launch 56 new high-definition channels in Lexington, Kentucky area, starting from first week of December. Insight with 1,370,000 subscribers in the states of Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio said that the entire new HD channel to be launched will be free and no extra price will be charged. Insight Communications now offers 40 HD channels and once these roll out is completed the cable operator will near 100 HD channel mark. The new HD channels include:
A&E HD
AMC HD
Bravo HD
Cinemax HD
CNBC HD
CNN HD
Food Network HD
Fox Business Channel HD
Fox News Channel HD
HGTV HD
History Channel HD
Science Channel HD
Sci-Fi Channel HD
Starz HD
Travel Channel HD
and
USA Network HD

Sandy Colony, Insight Communications Spokeswomen said “Most Channels will be available at no additional cost, Of course, you have to have the right equipment, and this will be an automatic addition.”
