Time Warner Cable has announced that Donna A. James, Edward D. Shirley and former Senator John E. Sununu have been elected to its Board of Directors. Glenn Britt has been assigned the additional position of Chairman and Peter Haje as a Lead Director. Don Logan will remain on the Board, but will step down as Chairman. Jeff Bewkes, Chairman and CEO of Time Warner Inc., will be leaving the Board.
